• Customers are advised not to purchase Platinumlist-branded tickets that are resold through so-called secondary ticket sales websites (such as Online Ticket Shop, Viagogo, Facebook, Stubhub, Dubizzle, or similar sites) or online marketplaces like eBay, as the tickets may not be valid for entry or may be cancelled if Platinumlist becomes aware of the resale. In some countries, ticket resale is prohibited by law.
• Protecting tickets against loss or theft is the responsibility of the customers.
• Platinumlist is not responsible for replacing lost or stolen tickets and will not issue refunds for lost or stolen tickets. This applies to both electronically issued tickets and printed tickets.
• If a customer’s e-ticket is copied/stolen (e.g., through email hacking or sending to a shared email address) and the ticket is used and scanned before the customer arrives at the event, the customer will be denied entry because the ticket is cancelled upon first use. In this case, no refund will be provided to the customer. Customers are strongly advised to protect their e-tickets with the same care and caution as they would a physical printed ticket against theft.
• Once the ticket is validated, re-entry is not permitted.
• Baby strollers are not allowed inside the venue.

By car: There are multiple routes to the destination, including heading northwest on King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud Street, turning left onto the first street, taking the first exit at the roundabout, turning right, then left, and arriving at the destination on the right. Using GPS navigation is highly recommended.
By public transport: For the shortest walking route, take buses 9, 34, or 69 to the King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud Street / Emirates Palace Hotel bus stop, then walk for 10 minutes.
By taxi: You can easily reach the destination by hailing a taxi or using a ride-hailing app.
