• To avoid any disturbance, latecomers will only be admitted at designated intervals and will temporarily be seated in the upper balcony until the intermission, after which they may move to their assigned seats.

Standard, Silver, and Gold ticket holders:  
• Please use the Green Hall parking lot. (Location)
• Shuttle service will be available for guest convenience, with an approximate travel time of 15 minutes to the theater.

Platinum ticket holders:  
• Please use the King Fahd Cultural Center parking lot. (Location) 

Royal and VIP ticket holders:  
• Please use the King Fahd Cultural Center parking lot. (Location)
• Valet parking will be available at the King Fahd Cultural Center — fees apply.

• All attendees are kindly requested to observe public decency regulations.
• Age restriction: 6 years and above.
• All adults must have a valid ticket for entry.
• No refunds or exchanges.
• Filming prohibited: Photography or filming during the performance is not permitted.
• Accessibility: Wheelchair-accessible seats are available — please contact Platinumlist for coordination.

3. Refund Policy:

• No refunds are permitted.
• Date changes are not allowed.

4. Event Changes or Cancellation:

• The organizer reserves the right to change the event program or cancel it.
• In case of event cancellation, ticket holders will be notified and refunded in accordance with the refund policy.

• By attending, attendees waive any claims against the event organizers.

9. Lost or Stolen Tickets:

• The organizer is not responsible for lost or stolen tickets.

10. Force Majeure:

• The organizer is not liable for unforeseen circumstances (force majeure) that may affect the event.
• In such cases, the event organizers will take necessary actions and communicate with attendees.

11. Compliance with Laws:

• Attendees are obliged to comply with all applicable laws and regulations during the event.

12. The organizer is not responsible for lost personal belongings during the event.

By purchasing a ticket for the event, you acknowledge and accept these terms and conditions.

By Car: There are multiple routes to the destination, including heading toward King Saud Road/Prince Faisal bin Fahd bin Abdulaziz Road, turning around at Al-Khaimah, then turning right, slightly right again, and right once more to reach the destination. Using GPS is strongly recommended.

By Taxi: You can easily reach the destination by hailing a taxi or using ride-hailing apps.
